A WORD FROM THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Since the Lycée International Balzac was founded in 1998, our aim has always been to focus on the human aspect, developing students' artistic, scientific and personal skills through cultural learning, while teaching them four languages (French, Arabic, English and Spanish). The student's journey then culminates in the French baccalaureate.
It's been ten years now since the entire Lycée was officially approved by the French Education Nationale.
The teaching staff were trained in collaboration with the MLF (Mission laïque française), and we have been working under their aegis for 15 years, because we believe that the teacher is at the heart of the learning process. Furthermore, we believe that the development of human resources is the most important investment and the cornerstone of our institution's success and reputation.
In addition, the school intends to provide a theater, a well-equipped laboratory, sports fields, swimming pools and green spaces, as well as reorganize the bus system to offer our children an educational, sporting and healthy environment that will guarantee them a bright future.
The school will continue its efforts and investments in the future to meet your expectations and earn your precious trust.

It is headed by the Minister, a member of the French government. It is not one of the so-called "régaliens" ministries (Armed Forces, Foreign Affairs, Justice, Finance, Interior), but its social importance is great, as the right to education is enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The need for education also makes this ministry the largest employer in the country. As a result, the Ministry of Education is currently the nation's biggest budget item.
The "Mission laïque française" association, founded in 1902, aims to spread the French language and culture throughout the world, in particular through secular and intercultural education. Its duration is unlimited. Its head office is in Paris.
