How do you communicate with parents?
Communication between the school and families
to facilitate and streamline our exchanges.
1. When you wish to meet a member of the administrative, pedagogical, educational or management team, it is imperative to make an appointment.
Two solutions for this plug
appointment :
- By e-mail to the person or department concerned; putting too many people in CC does not speed up the procedure; on the contrary, it slows it down.
- By telephone to the school reception desk.
No need to travel
to the school without an appointment, you
will not be received and will unnecessarily waste
time.
See table point 7 for details of how to make an appointment.
When the family arrives at security for the appointment:
- She goes to security
- She presents an identity document
After
validity check
of the appointment, the family is accompanied to the appropriate department.
No one is authorized
to circulate alone on the premises.
Only access to "Admission", "Accounting
"or "Supplies" to
at the Atrium is by appointment only.
