I'm delighted to be joining the management team at the Grand Lycée International Balzac in Cairo. My main mission at the school is to support the teams in implementing the educational and pedagogical projects of the elementary school, in the service of the success and well-being of students and teachers.
For over twenty-five years, I have been involved in consultancy, training and educational management, both in France and abroad. My career has taken me to several French education networks - in Morocco, the United States, the Canary Islands and West Africa - where I have held positions as school principal and educational consultant. These experiences have enabled me to develop an in-depth knowledge of multicultural educational contexts and team dynamics in demanding international environments.
Committed to pedagogical innovation and continuing education, I am committed to promoting an inclusive, caring and ambitious school for all students. My area of expertise is teacher professional development.
Convinced that pedagogical cohesion is an essential lever for collective success. My role at the Lycée is part of this dynamic: to accompany, support and help teams to grow in a continuous improvement process, in the service of an open, innovative and humanistic French school.
